Health Notes

Black tea is made from the leaves of a plant called Camellia Sinensis. The tea leaves go through a process known as enzymatic browning. Once fully oxidized the catechins become theaflavins and thearubigins, which may reduce the risk of high cholesterol, heart disease and atherosclerosis.

Each tin holds approximately 48 teaspoons or 16 tablespoons, has an airtight lid and comes with brewing instructions on the bottom.
