Brewing Instructions

  • Hot TeaBring filtered cold water to a boil. Use one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup desired. Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 2-3 minutes, according to taste. Strain the tea or remove the bag. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
  • Iced Tea: Place one tea bag in a cup. Pour 6-7oz of filtered boiling water over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Add hot tea to a 12oz glass filled with ice, straining the tea or removing the bag.

Recommended brewing temperature 100ºC/212ºF. Minimum brewing temperature: 90ºC/194ºF.


Health Notes

This drink is a mixture of herbs and fruits. Cranberry is known for healing the bladder, kidneys and urinary tract. It also helps to fight off E. Coli. Rich in calcium and minerals this tisane can help to fight off the common cold.  Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, which may help to reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.



Each tin holds approximately 48 teaspoons or 16 tablespoons, has an airtight lid and comes with brewing instructions on the bottom.
